About Me
Growing up in a small town in Indiana I gained a fondness for antiques, old buildings, woodworking, and nature. Soon after school I joined the military and made it a career. After retiring from the military I honored my wife’s request to live next to her family in Nebraska. Someday I'll talk her into moving to a state with trees.
My blog will include woodworking, blacksmithing, as well as early survival skills of the American Frontier. I don’t claim to be an expert in anyone of these subjects I’m just somebody who love to learn history by experimenting with it.
